Legal Question in Family Law in India
Presently I am unemployed and if I file section 9 HMA, on what grounds the case will go in my favour? My wife is not ready to join me and filed 498A and maintenance case two years back and one and a half year back respectively. Please suggest. Thank you.

dear client instead of filing sec 9 u can file divorce case directly on the ground of desertion. to ask divorce on desertion two years separation is necessary. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
