Recovery of salary dues
I have recently joined public ltd company in the month of october at senior post. The person pesuaded me to join this company happens to be the managing director.They have not paid me the salary since the joining and it has caused lot mental disturbance to me.During various discussion when i tried to find out the reason for salary and expense non payment. I am told that company does not have funds.It is now two and half months and every time when i write the mail either they do not reply or reply with cutting corners that they are seeking loan from the bank. Please guide me how can i get the help to atleast recover my legitimate dues.as per my appointment letter i am an employee to this company hired on senior post .

You may better consider leaving the job; The recovery of dues will depend upon your contract.
