salary
i worked 2.5 yrs as paramenent employee in reputed big company
one yrs before i left the company with resign and inform before one week verbaily but company not give me my bonus pf and leave or full and final and one month salary
what can i do .

you may go to the consumer court; or the payment of wages authority; or file a civil suit.
However, before taking any legal action, you may send them a notice of demand.

Send Legal Notice to ex-employer. In case it is not responded till stipulated time period, then go to Authority under the Payment of Wages' Act if you are worker or go to either consumer or civil court, if you were officer.
