relieving system
i am employee of aindusind bank .working ina a organisation since 1.5 yrs.
due to some personal problem i want to resign from Bank.My notice period is for 3 months.i have asked my boss to relieve me in months time & i am ready to pay the notice pay of 2 moths .But my boss is harrasing me & saying me that i will not relive u before 3 months .serve your notice period 7 than u can go.
wht can you suggest in this case ???can he force me to work without my conscent.How can i get relieved .Pls guide as opportunity i am having will waive in 1 months time .

Re: relieving system
No one can be bound other one against his own whishes. So far as notice period of three months is concerned, you may send one month notice, surrendering two months' notice pay.

You may send a notice of months and remit the pay for the remaining notice period.
