Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir, we have agricultural land about 3 acrs. it is eenam land. nearly 90 years we are cultivating that land and regularly we paying makta to land owners.. but recently 40 years back that owners write this land to educational trust.but now the endowment dept. seeking to hand over that land from educational trust.
meanwile
now what is our right on that land....
1. are we get any benefit from tanants act.
*Please give your valuable advice...
