Ashish issued a cheque of Rs. 10 lacs to Ramesh as he owes him this amount. Ramesh presented the cheque after one month of issue date and in between Ashish dies away. Bank has got the notice of death of Ashish. Will Ramesh succeed in getting the payment against the issued cheque?
