Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Dear Friends

i was going through posts in this forum and being a lawyer myself curious about what my lawyer friends write here. one of the lawyers wrote

"You can avail any one or all the remedies simultaneosly .Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the kind of legal services we are rendering for our clients all over the World."

can the above statement be considered advertisement, inducement, invitation, solicitation. does the statement above go against Advocates Act and the Bar Council rules.

It may not amount to inducement, invitation, solicitation etc. as the lawyer is directly not asking people to come and avail his services. it just says that such n such legal services he is rendering.
