Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

A stock market trading advisory company approached me with Jan - June 2012 (6 months)of their performance report via email and as well their posting in their web site..Having been impressed by their email and chat on phone,I paid the subscription for August- October(3 months) advisory calls.But , in the month of August, They gave huge loss making calls.I asked to post their August month performance on their website.But so far they have not updated .Without they being honest, it is not possible to follow their advisory any more.Can I get the subscription amount back?Their Web site is www.stoplosstrade.com

you may file a suit for recovery or approach the consumer court.
