Hi

There is any supreme court judgement on " only one advocate should argue behalf of more petitioners and same petition each petitioner can't be keep separate advocates.

Eg: WP 2546/2012

1) Prakash Petitioner 1

2) Narayana Petitioner 2

3) Kumar Petitioner 3

For all these petitioners only one advocate can appear or file vakalat and each petitioner should not keep separate advocates;

This problem is araise in karnataka high court.

Please help me in this regard.
