Consumer purchases
I purchased a sofa sectional and did not recieve what I ordered, it was damaged and they say it was miscommunication. They won't refund my money nor get me what I ordered. What do I do?

I am not sure what you mean by "miscommunication>. They contracted to sell you a particular type of couch and one that was undamaged. Take the purchase agreement to an attorney for a further consultation.

If you did not get what you ordered and they wont do anything about it, sue them in small claims.
