Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
Buying on Contract
People have missed payment date almost 2 months. Contract says that if 2 months late it is immediate eviction. Plus the electricity has been shut off and we were told by neighbors that they were packing the trunk of the car last night. Also we think the dog and cat were left in the house, how long do we have to wait before we can go in and check if the animals were left in the house, we do not want the dog to leave waste in the house and how long do we have to wait before we make sure the house is locked up and we can change the locks.

Re: Buying on Contract
This is not a civil rights matter. It is a landlord-tenant matter. As a landlord, you have the right to inspect the property. Just be reasonable about what time of the day you go into the place.
