Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
specific relief act
my friend's parents expired with out intestate and during there life time they purchased one house and my friend is having one sister they wanted to mutate the said house in there names but the revenue authorities refused to do so they advised them to bring legal heir certificate through court, in such case on whom case can be filed? can they file a case against all concerned?
