Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana

unpaid medical bills

I was divorced in 2001 and my ex-wife got custody of the children. After the divorce, I carried medical insurance on the children. My ex was to pay the first 6% of uninsured medical and I was to pay half of the remaining balance. Fast forward to date.......she again has taken me back to court......and I have been ordered by the court to pay ALL medical expenses. She led the court to believe that none of the medical bills were paid by insurance. I have the EOBs to prove they were paid. However the court has ordered me to pay 100% of the bills, even the amounts that have already been paid by insurance. She subnitted a list of bills that she hand-wrote. No actual bills from the Providers. in addition, she also had listed a bill for our daughter, that I have since found out was in fact, my ex-wife's bill with date of service AFTER our divorce. I hired an attorney and she took my case to the appellate court and we lost. What can I do to prove to the court that my ex-wife has committed fraud against me to the court?

You really should be asking this question of your attorney.
