Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

I sold my truck to my nephew on good faith. My family asurred me he would pay. He even agrees he owes me the money. I guess I signed the title over to him. I thought I put a lean on the title. but I guess I signed it in the wrong place. He has since, sold the truck. So I can't get it back. The guy that has it now, knows the situation. He is telling me that if I want it . I have to buy it.
