Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My uncles ancestral agricultural land in HP is with us since 1992. I had constructed a house in 1996 which is now noticed to be on his land. Now uncle wish to sell his land (including that under my house) or donate it to Trust instead of giving it to his son or wife. Can I take stay order against selling/donating this land. Can he claim right of land on which my house falls.
