Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Breach of Contract?
I live in a trailer park, per the lease the park is responsible for the upkeep on the water and sewer lines going to my trailer, they choose to inform me 5 days ago that the water and septic system in this part of the park is in desperate disrepair and needs to be shut down, they wish to re-locate my trailer to another lot, however will not move or re-imburse for any landscaping or accessories (deck, storage shed) could i not sue for a breach of contract, i paid my rent and they did not use that money to perform proper up keep of the water and septic lines.
