Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

my dad was recently removed from his home to a nursing home by my sister is is POA. She is now listing the home for sale but is refusing to give me any information or say in it. It is included in the family trust which I am also in...do i have any rights to how the sale is being handled and/or asking price and final sale price?
