A friend is signing a land contract for a mobile home. Can the lien holder (seller) request a pet deposit and $20 a month for your pet when you are buying the home on land contract? It is located in a mobile home park in Indiana and they are the seller?

Yes, if it is provided for in the land contract. Otherwise, it's an open question.
