i have a property of about 4arcers .i hade a sewerbackup icall sewerman to fix it too find out that the next door neighbor had hook into my sewer line . whit is my recourse leagley or moraly ethall. j

Make a polite request of your neighbor that he unhook the connection and reimburse you for the sewer back-up costs. If he won't, you'll need to go to court to obtain an order for him to disconnect.
