You are on a month to month lease now. You have notice, but typically, these things are negotiable. Talk with the new owner and explain your circumstances. Ultimately, the only way s/he can evict you is by Court Order, which certainly takes more than 30 days, and since there is no lease, there is no guarantee s/he will get their attorney fees paid by you when all the dust is settled. Ask for an extension. Meanwhile, accept the fact that you have to move and get yourself a new location ASAP.
