Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana
my septic tank is located on land that is not mine. The land was sold and the new owner will not give me access to septic tank to pump it out. do i have any rights in this situation?

Probably not. Best to approach your neighbor on a friendly basis and make a proposition to him for rights.
