my wife purchased a house on an installment land sales contract for $215,000.00 and it now appraises for $190,000.00. the seller will not come off the price. what can i do.

You need to have an attorney reiew the document to determine if there is any leverage that would allow for a reformation of the agreement. Good lcuk.
