Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

I have worked at my job for three years. I had a problem with two co workers just a few months ago. They both grabbed me in my women areas and when I told my manager on duty what happened he laughed at me. That same manager punished me by taking away my shifts on the nights the same two guys worked. I have never been in trouble the three years I have been there and now since this has happened they are trying to find ways to write me up. I refuse to sign the slips because the other employees are not getting disaplined and they are doing the same exact thing as I do. I have kept a journal of everything that has happened sincee this has taken place and I feel like I am being poked at with a stick...please help
