Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

My manager is sleeping with a co worker of mine, treats her different, lets her take money from the safe, and just all around gets better treatment than me and the other shift leader. this has been going on for about 4 years now. and she will just now be 20. Is there anything that we can do?

While rarely litigated, there is some precedent that would allow you to pursue a claim against an employer for being treated less favorably than another individual who is having an affair with a manager.
