Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I was arrested under the charges of possession of marijuana & paraphernalia. I was told that I my bond was being exonerated & the paperwork would never be filed - I am not being charged with anything. How likely am I to be urine tested at my bond hearing? Key facts: I am in Kansas, the decision to exonerate my bond has already been maid, and no paperwork will be filed or charges pressed.
