Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
There was a search warrant for my home and husband. He was arrested on suspicion of drug conspiracy. ABC was at search and seized my cadillac escalade, Uhaul, pontiac, and numurous items. My name was only name on title his showed only upon death. Can I get these back as injured spouse. Nothing was found during search, and he has not been found guilty of anything. We only filed joint for 3 years so I can file an ammended tax return. Is it legal to seize property before being found guilty of anything?. aeva
