insurance or lender

i was injured on someones property and they refuse to give me the name of their insurance company, Is there any way to find out who there lender is or the name of their insurance company. Is there any where this would be on record,that I could get a copy of.

If the injury was serious or if you incurred substantial medical bills as a result, you should probably hire an attorney to file a civil lawsuit on your behalf. The insurance company would voluntarily contact you at this point.
