Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

I told a collection agency they can only contact me by mail, but they have been still call me. Can I sue for harrasment?

If it is the same company and they are calling frequently and at late hours, then it is possible. If it is one phone call a month, probably not.
