Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
Contract
quick question. I have a current contract with a property. I do the landscape services there. Am I legally required to have liability insurance to work there. I have a signed contract that doesnt mention orrequire it(insurance) The new property manager told me I was in breach of the contract. I told her that I have no problem getting the insurance and have done so.
Thanks in advance

Re: Contract
You should have liability insurance to protect yourself anyway, whether or not it is required in your contract with your customers.

Re: Contract
Having the insurance is a very good business practice. That being said, I don't believe that it is required.
