landlord dislikes my babysitter
the manager(not property owner) of the property i rent does not like my babysitter and has stated that she is not allowed in this neighborhood yet has no legal papers to make me stop using her as my sitter and has now stated that i will get evicted if i do not stop using her is this legal or does she have to show me some form of court appionted paper to make eviction legal

A lot depends on your lease. Your landlord may suspect she lives there with you and is not listed on the lease.
Do you a month to month lease? Or is for a specific term?
