Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

state tax liens

The state of Md says I owe them back interest , from 2007 they have

been taken all refunds ,lottery ,property lein, in nov 2008 they took the money out of my bank acc, today they are still taken money,can i sue the state.
