Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
ok my 20 yr old son was lied to by a girl about her age he was 19 than she got pregnant that is when he found out her real age is 15 than had the baby and her mother is fine with it my question is can she at anytime put charges on my son

Yes, that's a felony with NO statute of limitations (assuming it's in Maryland, anyway).
