Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I went to court on July 15 2009. My senteced was theft under $500 and PBJ. When applying for jobs, do I put down yes for a conviction or put no?

You may honestly answer "no," because Maryland law provides that pbj is not a conviction. Beware that employers inquire about criminal and serious traffic matters in about as many ways as there are employers. For instance, some ask whether an applicant has ever been arrested or charged.
