The first question for the court is whether you violated probation. You may request a hearing or you may admit to the violation. If the judge finds you in violation, then the judge must decide on the punishment for it, which can be up to all of your back up time.

You are entitled to a lawyer, either one whom you retain, or if you qualify, then the public defender will appoint a lawyer. You should consult with one before you do anything.

For your own protection, do not provide details about yourself on the web. Your questions and my answer are not confidential. However, if you have private counsel or an appointed lawyer, what you discuss is confidential, as long as you and your lawyer take care to make sure your communications are confidential. The best way to do this is to meet at the lawyer's office.

Good luck.

In order to avoid the possibility of being arrested on the warrant, an attorney can file a Motion to Quash (Strike) the Warrant and to set this matter in for a hearing. It demonstrates responsibility on your part - and that you are taking this matter seriously - rather than showing up without a lawyer and risking your freedom.
