Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Lets say hypothetically, someone was in a business of selling contraband on the internet. E-mails were later found pinpointing a recipientof said contraband. If these messages are dated, say months or even years prior, could a search warrant still be obtained by authorities, even when in all likelihood the contraband is no longer present?
