Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Are there any laws in Maryland that prevent an adult from wearing a mask in public to hide their identity. Also, is it illegal to refuse to show an officer of the law identification.

While it is not illegal per se, wearing mask would probably attract a lot of attention, and it might with other information be a factor in stopping and detaining you. Maryland's Transportation Article requires drivers to display their licenses upon demand, provided that the police have a reason to stop you.
