Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My Maryland parole officer told me i cannot get married until after my courtdate, we have planned our wedding for over a year.

Talk to a criminal lawyer. I seriously doubt your parole officer has any control over your marriage, unless you have to leave the jurisdiction, then he is not controlling whether you can get married, but controlling you leaving the State.

While it's unlikely that your parole order would include such a condition, perhaps marriage might have a collateral consequence that would violate another condition.
