Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
Me and my 4 month old son father split up and we have no custody agreement or anything. He's demanding I tell him my address but I am not comfortable because idk what he'll do and he brings his new gf around and idk her and am uncomfortable with her knowing where I live. Hes threatening going to court.Do I have to tell him?

The father is entitled to visitation absent some evidence that such would place the child in some kind of danger. You need to find an attorney, probably through your county bar association if you cannot afford your own, who can help you file a petition for child custody and support from the father. A visitation order and schedule can be put in place that is appropriate.
