child support

after 29 yrs. i found my son's father. he's in ga. i'm in md. do i have a case,and where would i file?

If you have never had a court order for child support, it's probably too late. The court can't order retroactive support, and of course it's long past the time that your son became an adult and no longer entitled to support. If you filed during his minority and the father was evading service all this time, you might be able to resurrect your case now that you've found him.
