Divorce aggrements

i got divorced a year ago i live in md can we go back to court and modify the aggrement now

It depends on what you want to attempt to modify. Custody, visitation, and child support matters are reviewable by the court upon a showing of a material change in circumstances occurring since the existing order was entered. Alimony provisions are generally not modifiable, depending upon the language in the order and agreement, nor are property matters.
