A biological parent has zero legal or financial obligation after their parental rights are terminated by a court or if/when someone else adopts. In those scenarios no child support is due from the biological parent.
Otherwise, parents are generally expected to take care of their children but a court cannot force child support until a petition for child support has been filed and a hearing takes place.

You cannot avoid supporting your child just because the mother decides to deliver it against your wishes.
