Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Myex and I were together for 10 years and brought phones together on a plan since we have seperated and the plan discontinued. He noes wants me to return my phone I had on the plan. It was a domestic situation and I don't want to give him the phone back I have pics of my children on there. Do I have to legally give it back?

Take the pictures to a Walgreens and they can download the pics from your phone to a CD.
