Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

In my parenting plan with my daughter's father it says pick-ups and drop off will take place in Pa or where the parties will agree. Do I have to meet him halfway each time or can he come to MD to pick her up and then when the time is over can he drive her back to MD

If the order states "pick-ups and drop off will take place in PA or where the parties will agree," the exchange can take place anywhere if the parties agree. If the parties do not agree, the exchange will take place in Pennsylvania. Therefore, the only thing you HAVE to do is make the exchange in Pennsylvania (a designated place in PA if the order so states).
