Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I am retired on a limited SS income. My wife left me over eight years ago. I want a complete break, at least a legal separation if not a divorce. She will not sign anything including the Quit Claim I asked her to sign a number of years back when I refinanced. My questions are due to the length of time do I still need her signature and how inexpensively can I get things finalized?

If you know where your wife is located, so you can service on her, you can get a divorce fairly quickly in Maryland.
