Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I am scheduled to appear next week for deposition for discovery regarding a divorce trial. I'm unable financially to have a lawyer present. How can I identify legal questions verses iilegal questions?

You need to try and get a pro bono or reduced fee attorney through your county bar association. There is no way you can be "taught" how to evaluate questions in response to your inquiry. If you and your spouse have important property or child issues that you're fighting over, you will "pay" a lot more over the long run from a bad result in court than you will for an experienced family attorney who knows how to protect your interests.
