Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

If your spouse is cheating.. and is open about it.. i stoped working because of it.. she doesn't want a divorce or a seperation.. and she gets on me for taking money out of our account.. is that fair that she is seeing another guy and i can't touch the money in the account?

Adultery is grounds for divorce in Maryland. If you want to get a divorce or separation, you can seek one -- even if your wife does not want one.
