Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I was fired today from my job. The reason was about 2 months ago I said to someone after they asked my if we were down throwing away is they anything else to throw away and I answer unless you want to trow Donn ,my boss, in the comptor.I was very upset with him and said something stupid. I lot has happen since then. I made a complaint against him for retaleation. and a lot more. I feel ithis is a wrongfull termation. Is there anything I can do?

Retaliatory termination refers to a response to an employee's reporting of alleged wrongdoing on the part of the employer to a government regulator, or to the media.
