Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

Do I have a law suit

I have been involved with a company called '*Name Removed*' the owner *Name Removed* has received $3250.00 for two loan modifications that she has not serviced. She has received %3100.00 for credit repair and lines of credit that she has not serviced. I am having a hard time getting my money back. I heard on channel 8 that it was a crime to get money for loan modifications in Maryland but she has not given me my money back, she said it is in an escrow account. Can you provide a lawyer to help me?
