Personal Loan Collection

I would like to know how to go about collecting on a personal loan made between two individuals,with only a verbal and recorded agreement and not a writtten agreement.

Sue the one who owes in small claims court and obtain a judgment for the amount owed. Then garnish the judgment debtor's wages and/or levy against(seize)his or her bank account. If necessary, record a lien against any real property

which the judgment debtor may own and be prepared to enforce the lien to the extent necessary to obtain any amounts of the judgment still owed.
