Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

ups carrier continues to lie and state there was attempt to pick up my packages on many occasions for months, on my tracking results. and i've complained each time, now it seems to got worst where the driver purposely waits days to pick up my package. if this driver(s) isn't being disciplined, do i have a lawsuit and what can i sue for? thanks

If you have a contract with UPS, you can sue for breach of contract.

However, I find it strange that you take the abuse of UPS rather than change carriers and tell UPS why you are changing carriers. Many times, large corporations don't pay attention until their bottom lines are negatively influenced.
